REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY

The bulk of the items available on the site are non-returnable and non-refundable, given the nature of customized physical production and/or timing due to processing payments through to Grand Chapter on your behalf.

Special consideration will be given to those who accidentally make duplicate payments (i.e. paying for the same FY dues twice in same period), however refund may come via alternate means such as a mailed chapter business check once duplicate payment error is vetted and confirmed post payment reporting reconciliation by Chapter Fiscal Officers.

Credit Card Charge Disputes for items/events marked as non-refundable are considered by the organization as an act of fraud and a code of conduct violation. Keep in mind that as a member, you are beholden to the organization’s Code of Conduct and any code violation related to use of this site will be forwarded for review/investigation by National Scholarship & Standards Committee.
