FULFILLMENT/ SHIPPING POLICY

Certain products available on this site are ordered in batches from an external vendor, therefore shipping/delivery times are not immediate and will vary based on chapter bulk order requirements. Once customized production is completed and physical items are received from the vendor, your order will be fulfilled/packaged, and you will receive a shipping/tracking notification that the item is headed your way.

For items listed for curbside pickup only, you will receive correspondence from the associated Chapter Committee Chair(s) in regard to pickup/distribution details.
